I offer to work with professional teams/staff in e.g. companies, schools, hospitals, colleges on
- Building/maintaining a healthy, effective and high performing team in ways of communication skills, motivation, collaboration and the existing or potential collective endeavour. We will be looking at identifying and assessing conflicts and obstacles that might be in the way of the team’s optimal performance and how they can be resolved
- Working mindfully with difficult group dynamics and conflict
- Personal and Spiritual Development
- Stress Reduction and Mindfulness in the working environment
In distinction and addition to more conventional methods to support this process, the mindful approach includes methods that involve the felt sense of the body and the power of the spirit. For example, to identify strengths and needs of team members, body awareness can be extremely helpful to complete the evaluation of past experiences, feelings and thought processes.
To strengthen the spirit, mindfulness, meditation and other stress reducing techniques will be introduced to still the mind and access a greater wisdom in the matter.
It is well documented that both the use of the body and the use of mindfulness help freeing our full potential and are an essential support for a healthy organisation and team: Each person feels part of the team and well supported in order to create success for the whole (company, school etc) while experiencing a high level of satisfaction and wellbeing in themselves.
I'm available as a group facilitator for a variety of subjects, like Team Building, Mindfulness at the Workplace, Yoga and Mindfulness as Methods for Stress Reduction and Greater Wellbeing, Mindful Yoga for Trauma Relief, Body Oriented Psychotherapy, Psychological and Spiritual Self Development. Most of these groups will count as part of your CPD.

Ideal Group Sizes are between 6 and 12 participants.
Group facilitation in contrast to 1:1 settings offers a diversity of relationships similar to real life. It is optimal ground within which to explore different ways of contact with each other and the self. The participants find a deeper sense of their true nature and come to understand what is going on in their present lives in the light of their past experiences. Trust, openness and speaking out freely transforms the group into a safe and secure place, where it is ok to experiment with and share a newly found truth. Eventually fear and shame can be overcome and a deep understanding towards ourselves and each other arises. Beginning to know that “I am ok the way I am!” is a truly wonderful and freeing experience.
